Dear Hall at Home,

I know this is no longer your official name, but to me you will always be the Hall at Home, which I have known during this last year and half, when you given such sensitive and loving care to my husband, Mr C. He was always treated like an individual, and with respect as well as affection. I think I was very lucky to come across you, as I can't imagine a more truly caring group of people, ready to help us out, and prepared to adapt to whatever the situation needed. Please give my thanks to everyone of the carers who helped us.

You are a wonderful bunch of people, giving such sefless care. You certainly brightened my husbands days - and mine. We felt we were in the hands of good friends.

J has found the care provided by Worcestershire Care Group very good. She realises now how much of a struggle it was before, managing her own care and now that she is getting the care she has more energy for other tasks. She finds the carers very good and respectful of her needs, and are not rushing her.

Thank you for arranging for K to care for me. I expect we all wonder beforehand how we shall get on together so I was delighted to find she was quick to fit in and see what was necessary, and always very friendly. I expect we shall enjoy a long and happy association together.

I have been very aware of the quality of their caring and especially those extra tasks carried out which were not expected of them. I would like to thank the team of care assistants who looked after mom. Without them I don’t know how we could have carried out her wish to remain at home. There are too many staff to name individually, but each one was wonderful and treated us like friends, and treated mom with dignity.
