At Worcestershire Care Group we are passionate about delivering the highest possible level of care to each and every one of our customers. There will however be rare instances where we do not get things totally right. We encourage anyone who has a complaint to talk to us in the first instance. The Registered Manager should be contacted to discuss any problems or issues. She will investigate and endeavour to resolve these. If we don’t know when we have gone wrong we can’t correct things. Every home we visit has a care plan which includes ample space for comments and suggestions. We really value the feedback we get and constantly work to improve upon what we do. |
